Danielle Svancara

Danielle is a seasoned biologist with expertise in developing novel and ultrasensitive biomolecule detection systems. She received a M.A. in biology from Brown University and obtained a B.S. at the University of California, Santa Cruz, where her passion for biology developed as a "fighting banana slug". Danielle brings a significant depth of technical and operational expertise in the detection of rare events to quantum diamond sensing platform – developed while serving, most recently, as the Vice-President of Strategic Technical Collaborations at Quanterix. She was also an integral part of the team that successfully built, commercialized, and instituted the microfluidic "Ella" platform at Cyvek Incorporated, which was acquired by Bio-Techne and eventually incorporated into the Protein Simple product line. Her ultimate goal is to ensure that the industry continues to innovate, productizing breakthrough science, to push the boundaries of healthcare.
