Duane is a biomedical engineer and chemist with over 12 years of experience developing assays, microfluidic devices, and chemistries for research and diagnostics. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Life Science from National Tsing Hua University, a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a second Ph.D. in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University. Duane has invented or developed a variety of devices and assays across proteins, nucleic acids, enzymes, microbes, and mammalian cells. He has 9 patents.
